1. Remove our access to your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account
If you used Facebook Login or connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business account through a Startip L.L.C. product (such as Nexus), you can revoke our access at any time in either — or both — of these ways:
- In Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find the Startip app and click Remove. This immediately revokes our access.
- In the product: open Settings → Social accounts, choose the account and click Disconnect. This revokes access and deletes the stored access token.
2. Ask us to delete all your personal data
Email info@startip.net with the subject “Data deletion request”, sent from the email address associated with your account. Tell us which product or account the request concerns.
- We confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days and notify you when it is done.
- We keep only data we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and accounting records.
3. Customers of a business that uses our platforms
If you messaged or did business with a company that uses a Startip platform, that company controls your data — please contact it first to request deletion. You may also contact us at info@startip.net and we will help that business carry out your request.
